Campbell Area Police Report

Burglary residence
7/17 through 7/21
Dot Avenue
Suspect entered victim’s house and stole a lap top, two TVs, and jewelry.

Driving under the influence
7/22 at 12:39 a.m.
Sunny Oaks and Sobrato Drives
A 22-year-old male suspect was driving his car west bound on Sunny Oaks Drive when he struck a parked vehicle. He fled on foot but was apprehended by the officer. Suspect was arrested.

Public drunkenness
7/23 at 1:52 a.m.
Orchard City Drive
Two male suspects were intoxicated and could not care for themselves. Suspects were arrested.

Battery
7/24 at 5:25 p.m.
Bucknall Road
Suspect 1 confronted the victim and three friends and accused him of vandalizing his home and car. Suspect 1 threatened the victim and punched him in the face. As Suspect 1 went to a car to wait for the police, Suspect 2 attacked him, punching and kicking him. A report was taken.

Possession of illegal weapon
7/27 at 11:30 p.m.
Hamilton Avenue and Creekside Way
A suspect continually walked into traffic with his two shopping cars. Suspect had previously been warned. The suspect was again reported by numerous citizens walking in the east bound lane at the above location. When drivers honked at him, he took a baseball bat from his cart and started swinging it at on-coming traffic. A report was taken.
